Jason Clark

Jason Clark is a member of the firm's litigation practice. He represents individuals and small to mid-sized companies, especially technology and engineering firms, in litigation, including civil suits and white-collar criminal defense and investigations.

Litigation

Mr. Clark has litigated cases extensively in the District of Columbia courts, representing clients in both civil business disputes and criminal investigations and prosecutions. An experienced litigator, Mr. Clark is well versed in computer forensics, GPS, and cell-phone data. He has also leveraged his extensive experience as a commercial pilot to handle complex aviation cases. Mr. Clark has tried more than 35 cases to verdict.

Mr. Clark is admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., and California, and before the D.C. Court of Appeals, the California Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

White Collar Defense

Mr. Clark has handled hundreds of investigations and prosecutions, including those by the U.S. Department of Justice, the District of Columbia Attorney General, and the U.S. Office of the Inspector General. He has represented targets, subjects, and witnesses, in grand jury proceedings and in prosecutions regarding numerous allegations, including conspiracy and fraud.

Education

Mr. Clark received his J.D. from The George Washington University School of Law. At GW he was a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal. Mr. Clark received his B.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Industry Experience

Before entering law school, Mr. Clark worked as a pilot. He currently holds an instrument rating and multi-engine commercial pilot's license. Mr. Clark is also an experienced software developer, having created software used in the legal industry.
